Having satellite TV, tea and coffee making equipment, and a seating area in our cozy and good room. The beds are exceptionally comfortable. We have to thank wonderful staff for a great stay. The location is amazing and marvellous, to scorched field. Mcdonald's, where you can eat dinner, is not too far away from the hotel.

Everything is perfect, thoroughly enjoyed my time here. All the rooms are good with fantastic view. The staff is welcoming. Nice that the hotel is in the heart of the city. I would book again. Booked a room with fantastic view. the food was outstanding and I appreciated eggs and bacon. the hotel was in a quiet and nice position close to the valley of the black lava of Batur Mountain, and the real mountains.

The room was super clean and really spacious with everything you need like a TV with lots of channels, a coffee maker, and a comfy sitting area. I loved that they even had eggs and bacon for breakfast - yum! the staff here were all so friendly and really paid attention to making sure we had a great stay 😊.

The view and the fruit bowl. the odd cheese bag in the bathroom was a surprise, but Ketut handled it like a champ. I mean, who hides cheese in the bathroom? Ketut's fried noodles were the highlight of my stay, while the rugged road was an adventure in itself. Despite the quirks, I left with a smile, a full belly, and memories to chuckle about. The wooden Balinese-style rooms offer amazing volcano views. the lush garden, maintained by the owner, is beautiful. Fantastic breakfast and dinner prepared by the attentive staff. Family-operated business with a friendly atmosphere. Stunning full moon views add a touch of mystery to the experience.

I spent two nights here with my mother and we had a fantastic stay in cozy rooms with a great view. The price was also good.
